Sage Valley Golf Club is the realization of the long held dream of Weldon Wyatt to provide discriminating golfers an experience unparalleled in the world. To achieve his vision, Wyatt invited the award winning fold course designer Tom Fazio to help create the course.

Deliberate attention to detail has been part of the planning at Sage Valley since the very beginning and the first and fundamental details were those addressed by Wyatt and Fazio concerning the course itself. From a tract of over 10,000 acres of untouched timberland, they hand selected the 500 acres needed for the course and its natural buffer areas, These two gentlemen took advantage of this rare opportunity to create the ultimate routing plan, a masterwork of golf course design.

Par 3

Opened in the fall of 2019, this Tom Fazio designed 9-hole par three course has escalated the golf experience at Sage Valley to new heights. The Par three course is open daily at 11:00 am and closes nightly at 1:00 am. It has become a new club tradition to follow up a spectacular dinner with nine holes under the lights and then some rocking chair fellowship around the firepit.

The course features Tifway 419 Bermudagrass fairways and is finished with TifEagle ultra-dwarf Bermuda greens for the highest quality playing surface. Palisades Zoysia natural areas surround the course with a border of southern pines providing peaceful seclusion for an unmatched golf experience.
