Job Summary
Maintaining the health and beauty of our golf course and grounds is the primary responsibility of the grounds & greenskeepers. Groundskeepers will use both large & small machinery to maintain the shape and length of grass and all surrounding shrubbery and landscaping. They are also responsible for ensuring that the course is safe for play, removing all potential hazards and debris.
Essential Functions
1. Performing job duties in accordance with Sage Valley, Federal, State, and OSHA safety guidelines.
2. Licensed driver with the ability to operate golf carts and large power equipment.
3. Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
4. Must be able to safely use and work around chemicals (to include, but not limited to pesticides, fertilizers, and herbicides).
Responsibilities
1. Plants grass, shrubs, trees, and flowers.
2. Installs & maintains irrigation systems.
3. Digs trenches & levels ground.
4. Maintains green spaces by weeding, trimming, and pruning.
5. Removes unwanted or unhealthy plants, shrubs, and trees, as well as downed limbs.
6. Operates hand tools & power equipment.
7. Waters lawns, flower beds, and greens.
8. Works with other maintenance crew & construction specialists as needed.

Job Summary
The set-up team is responsible for the logistical aspect of all dining and service events. They prepare venues by setting up chairs, tables, stages, buffets, and other service areas. They assist and communicate with management and the culinary team to determine needs for each event and ensure the correct amount and placement of table linens, utensils, napkins, chaffing dishes, and all other needs required for the high-end dining experience in support of our service and culinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a team mentality and a servant’s heart.
Essential Functions
1. Performing job duties in accordance with Sage Valley, Federal, State, local health department, and food safety & sanitation guidelines.
2. Ability to potentially work in a variety of other different service environments and settings as staffing needs demand, to include (but not limited to) outdoor events, extreme heat or cold.
3. Licensed driver with the ability to operate golf carts and large box trucks for movement of tables, chairs, and other equipment and furniture.
4. Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
5. Must be able to reach, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects.
6. Must be able to safely use and work around cleaning chemicals.

Job Summary
Line cooks & prep cooks prepare food to exact chef’s specifications in a variety of different culinary environments. Cooks’ duties will include assisting the executive and sous chefs with their daily tasks and setting up stations for the menu. The successful candidate will display a high culinary standard, an attention to the importance of safety and sanitation, and the willingness to create memorable dining experiences for our members and their guests. The ideal candidate will have a team mentality and a servant’s heart.
Essential Functions
1. Preparing food in accordance with Sage Valley, Federal, State, local health department, and food safety & sanitation guidelines.
2. Ability to work in a variety of different culinary environments and settings, to include (but not limited to) outdoor events, extreme heat or cold, large banquets, a la-carte, pre-fixe, etc.
3. Ability to safely operate large kitchen equipment to include (but not limited to) fryers, grills, saute burners, commercial kettles and ovens, commercial dishwashers, slicers, blenders, etc.
4. Ability to set up kitchen station, rotate and stock inventory, break down & clean equipment and station.
5. Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
6. Must be able to be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
7. Must be able to safely use and work around cleaning chemicals.
Preferred Skills
5 years culinary experience.

Job Summary
The server is responsible for all aspects of the dining experience in a variety of different venues & settings for our Members & their guests. They are expected to follow excellent high end service procedures, focusing on detail, quality presentation, and customer service. Sage Valley servers will have an excellent attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond in order to ensure that our members and guests are “raving fans.” Our servers will serve food and beverages with expertise and gracious hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a team mentality and a servant’s heart.
Essential Functions
1. Performing job duties in accordance with Sage Valley, Federal, State, local health department, and food safety & sanitation guidelines.
2. Ability to potentially work in a variety of other different service environments and settings as staffing needs demand, to include (but not limited to) outdoor events, extreme heat or cold, large banquets, room service, etc.
3. Ability to effectively operate our POS system to transmit orders.
4. Ability to lift up to 35lbs on a regular basis.
5. Must be able to reach, bend, lift, and carry food trays and other objects.
6. Must be able to safely use and work around cleaning chemicals.
Preferred Skills
Wine, cocktail, and some culinary knowledge.
1+ year experience as server, preferably in high-end setting.

Dishwashers are the backbone to a great kitchen, ensuring that the chefs and cooks have the proper utensils available for use and helping to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the entire kitchen. The dishwasher’s duties will include setting up and breaking down the dish machine and ensuring that all equipment and dishes are clean and properly stored. The successful candidate will display a high culinary standard, an attention to the importance of safety and sanitation, and the willingness to assist the chef & sous chef as needed. The ideal candidate will have a team mentality and a servant’s heart.

4. Ability to wash & dry dishes, equipment, and other items, sometimes with the use of a 3-compartment sink.
5. Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.

7. Must be able to safely use and work around cleaning chemicals.
